Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
The size ordered does not fit.
You recieve an incorrect size.
You wish to exchange your product for a different available size.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The product must not show any signs of use, stains, perfume or damage.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for sizing issues. If the size does not fit, only an exchange will be provided, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
You receive a damaged product.
You recieve the wrong product.
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a refund request, customers must provide:
An unedited, continuous parcel opening video clearly showing the sealed package being opened from the beginning.
Clear photographs of the product received.
Your Order ID.
The parcel opening video is mandatory for verification. Refund requests submitted without an unedited parcel opening video may not be approved.
Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
Size does not fit.
Change of mind.
Colour or design preference.
Products that have been worn, washed or altered.
Products returned without original tags and packaging.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
